LOUISE WARD

A bit of a magpie, drawn to anything colourful, sparkly and interesting. Loves to chat (and listen of course), usually whilst drinking coffee and eating cake.

Why I do what I do...

I’m all about the people! I love people and all their eccentricities, which is a good thing as people are at the heart of what we do. I feel very lucky that I get to spend my time building great relationships and working on creative ways to communicate and connect with people.

How I make a difference...

I enjoy seeing the difference we make through a carefully crafted story that brings to life what change means for people and their working lives. Creating a shared vision of transformation that helps to make things easier and simpler (or at least less painful) for them. And seeing the magic that happens when you combine great design with clear, honest messaging. Having worked in communications for many years, particularly on technology transformation programmes, I love making sense of the complex and creating simple, inspiring communications that involve and engage people impacted by change..

What matters to me...

I have two small children and we enjoy being outdoors together, exploring new places, festivals, camping and having lots of adventures. In contrast to my need for fresh air and freedom is a passion for interior design. I’m always on the lookout for beautiful things to add to my home. When I’m working I’m never too far from the coffee machine and I’m rather partial to an almond croissant to start off the day!
