Driven to deliver
At every stage of our activity - from development of strategy, through to tactical implementation, measurement and evaluation - we never lose sight of the overriding objectives and desired outcomes of the programme.
We work carefully and closely with our clients to provide them with as much - or as little! - contact as they need, continually seeking opportunities to go the extra mile or add a bit of extra sparkle wherever we can.
Stage One: Discovery
We kick off every project with a practical research phase, during which we identify target audiences, establish core messages, agree desired outcomes and produce a clear communications plan. We move forward only when the client is entirely happy to do so.
Stage Two: Creation
At stage two, Targit follows a tried and tested project management process to ensure the effective development of all marketing deliverables, reporting back at specific milestones. We engage with clients in a way that suits their own work style and culture.
Stage Three: Delivery
Work doesn't finish until we have spent time tracking success against original objectives. Then we like to check clients are completely satisfied before any project is considered complete.
As process goes, this is a good 'un. It serves as a good master when it comes to keeping on track. And yet there's plenty of flex to fit around individual projects and personalities. The devil's in the detail...
